• Labour strikes or disputes
• Material shortages or supply chain disruptions
• Pandemic or public health emergencies
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from our business relationship shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dortmund, Germany.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiations before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
